ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ, 140 ಕೋಟಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜಾರಿಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಬಡವರು ಮತ್ತು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಉಳಿತಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಗೃಹಬಳಕೆಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಗ್ಗವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದಿರುವ ಅವರು, ಜನರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವ ಈ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
